Accuracy Improvement of Polynomial Computing RSFQ Circuits Based on Stochastic Computing by Partial Duplication

Abstract This study proposes a design method for RSFQ stochastic computing (SC) circuits. The generates circuits with improved accuracy compared to previously proposed method. improvement in is realized using partial duplication. SC requires large number of clock cycles obtain calculation result owing lengthy observation the output bitstream. can either enhance while maintaining latency or mitigate same accuracy. duplicates small part original circuit considering effectiveness improvement. Therefore, additional gates designed negligible. evaluation results indicate that, without duplication, mean absolute error including one duplicated reduced approximately 60%.
